2 2018 APA Bookshelf Guide If you do not log out and try to log in again, you may receive a message that you have exceeded the maximum number of user sessions allowed under your license. This message can occur when your account is used on multiple devices or browsers at the same time, or in rapid succession. If that happens, please wait 30 minutes and log in again. The problem should have resolved itself since sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Logging Out Remember to “Log Out” when you are done with your session, switching to a different web browser, or want to use other devices. You can do this from your bookshelf page or by clicking on the Home icon. There you will see “Log Out” at the top of the page. Closing your browser does not log you out of your session. Computer Cookies If you receive the following error message, you may need to adjust the cookie settings on your internet browser so you can use APA’s bookshelf. You must add an exception to your browser to accept all cookies from bookshelf.americanpayroll.org and secure.agilepdf.com. Cookies are used only for session management and access control. The System Requirements contains links for instructions to adjust cookie settings from several web browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. If you are using a different browser, search for “cookies” within the help section of the browser for more information. Bookshelf for APA Member and/or Subscriber
